The other day, I had the sudden urge to draw a blue cat. So I did. It went so well that I decided to draw the blue cat a friend. Scamp and Skitter are the result.

Scamp is a scrappy alleycat who lives in a trash can because cartoon cats are often wont to do such things. Skitter is a hip, wealthy kitty from the other side of the tracks. They fight crime.
