Now Zha'Krisstol is more than just a 'character' to me; call it otherkin/persona/avatar, whatever, she has been and will continue to be part of my life. The name I use more than my actual legal one.

She first 'appeared' back in 1999 in very vivid dreams. I eventually drew (and painted) her the next year. I had a thing for using acrylic paints (especially metallic ones).
Zha'Krisstol started off as a mortal 'Twilight' dragoness, which later became apparent as a 'breed' of chaos dragon. It was 2004/2005 that it became clear that she was now an 'Ascended' chaos dragon.
I suppose she didn't change much in her mortal form, nor has she changed much up until now; It's down to how I've (maybe) progressed in drawing her that has changed. She's one detailed complex bugger to draw, even more so to get her metallic colouring right.
And as it says at the bottom, Zha'Krisstol will be getting a ref sheet this year. Only problem is that I procrastinate too much, plus I think I'm planning too detailed with the physiology (that's what having a background in animal sciences does to you). But there will be one at some point this year.
