      Thank you C:

First, I drew the lines with 01 and 05 Micron pens and then I used Dr. Ph. Martin's Hydrus Watercolour Inks (a really dried up sepia and Payne's Grey) and then the lighter blue areas are really, really, cheap watercolour paints (Artist's Loft, I think). I just used some really cheap beginner's paintbrushes too. Unfortunately,I don't have a lot of money to spend on art supplies, so I try to get the cheapest stuff I can, which is almost always as good as the expensive stuff anyways. The Hydrus inks are probably the most expensive art supply I get. They're around $8 USD for a 1fl. oz (30ml) bottle.

You're welcome! Glad I can help. I've only ever found the inks at strictly art supply stores, but I've seen the pens and watercolours at places like Wal-Mart and Target so they should be pretty easy to find. Thanks again, too.
