This is an art trade I did a while ago with someone on deviantart, he had asked me to draw Lugia. And I know, the wailords look short, think of the percpective, I made them small because they are far. If I had made them closer, they would've taken most of the image XD. I probably should've added more shadow for them, though, since they we're far.
