Introducing the "Neutral" form for my new PNGtuber! Done by the amazing xavier_exevier!

This full model will be updated to include new frames over time in the form of... er... forms! Essentially, I can load up to 9 different forms that can include multiple frames via the program I'm using (PNGtuber+). For now, each form is two frames only with a bouncing effect applied, but that may change later!

As for other forms currently in it, I'm using the Birdkisser one that Karma made as one of them. And there is one more right now... you'll see it soon!
