The Beadrills are, of course, the Pokemon-world equivalent of the Beatles!

My brother wrote and recorded all the songs. He did a really loving parody/tribute to The Beatles, full of hilarious references to the Pokemon universe. The songs are incredibly on point with the Beatles' sound, from their older stuff to their later psychedelic works. Any Pokemon fan will get a kick out of them! You can listen to the album for free on Bandcamp, and if you like it you can buy it for just $5!

I got to do the art for this project. This one is of course a parody of the cover of Abbey Road. I wanted each of The Beadrills to have their own Pokemon companion, using iconic Pokemon from the first generation. In order to solidify the Abbey Road look I added in the white Volkswagen, but to make sure it was rooted in the Pokemon world I also added Officer Jenny writing it a ticket. Of course, all the Officer Jennys would later claim they were THE Officer Jenny featured on the album cover. ;)
