These two? It's Koji and Hoshi Kasane(Reference to Teto Kasane and Koji referenced to Vocaloids.) Koji and Hoshi are specific c-bois who were born as "bad omens" during which, Hoshi was abducted at birth and Koji's parents later killed when he was 8, leading to him being adopted by a family of skunks. Koji was raised in Japan off of music, anime and simple life while Hoshi was raised to utilize his abilities and was trained in America as an assassin and thief. They both have mutated vocal cords which allows them to bend the world around them and how people react, but to an extent. Koji has what is called "The Voice of Reason" being able to calm people's hearts and disarm conflict while Hoshi has "The Voice of Chaos" which as it sounds, creates chaos and confusion in people's hearts, even able to scramble a persons brain, rendering them vegetables. Koji also later at the age of 17 became a huge J-pop superstar(Note. They are in a future setting, so Koji livs in Neo Tokyo). Umm lets see.. Koji sings his ass off, Hoshi later kills the man who kidnapped him after learning his family was killed, taking down the entire organization that was ruling over half of the US and then going off to find his long lost brother and twin. When their voices are in sync, it can either cancel eachothers abilities, OR create a new sound wave that allows them to enhance their speed, strength, sight and mentality. How's that?
