Second commission out of three! :)

Featuring one of his OCs, Seiryu the eastern dragon.
Sei is not a nice person. Even though he is a cousin to the heir to the throne, he always got the short end of the stick. That tends to make you a bit of a dick, don't you think? :)

I was given the choice between drawing this with anthro or demi-human versions. I chose anthro because I could exploit a little mythology gag I remember hearing about, how Eastern dragons like to eat sparrows. So I made the prey of choice a sparrow! (with the stereotypical clothing. I couldn't resist. :P)

Overall I like how Sei looks in the top panel, and the drool effects in the bottom one. Yummy!
