She felt the fresh soil and could smell her quarry who thought themselves as the pursuer. Some leaves rustled in the autumn forest, She held her weapon close and sniffed the clean air sensing something with fresh blood on it's breath.

'Great Flayed Lord, Grant me your power, and I shall give the sanguine life force of my enemy', Her silent prayer was broken by a sharp bark and out of the brush the quarry leap making it's advances.

"You've had your last taste of blood, and you shall no longer smell the rich soil of the Earth. You are mine now"

No... I'm no writer... but this image has been in my head for a bit, it's my next on and off project. If I could do better work with perspective I'd do something more dynamic... but I'm liking this so far.

Yoik hunting coyote, I wanted him to look much larger and fierce than the small hunter, so he kinda looks more wolfish... eh. I have to mess around with the 'yotes limbs and scale the two together yet... will colour this later.
