since I love this woman I'm gunna go into a bit of Detail.

Ramona Cameera, age 28, and a doctor at Arkham (I know 28 is young, Arkham was desparate for doctors, ramona showed promise, so as long as she keeps up and does well in online classes she can keep her job)
She kinda pulls a Harley Quinn (I made her before i knew Harley's story) and falls for te Riddler, and kinda harbors him at her house sometimes. She keeps her sanity though, and doesn't join him on heists for a year. Even then she knows when to bails, and refuses to actually harm anyone.
