Xtrasis journal of Siofra first of it's kin.

A very elusive being able to change its forms into countless creatures.
My image entrapment artifact may have finally caught it's original form.
Below the water shows it in mid transformation before it slipped away into the shimmering depths.
Many of scholars and bards tale grim tales of Siofra and it's kin.
My studies however have shown that Siofra's personality traits are very similar to rats, otters, cats, ferrets and foxes.
Overly curious, very shy, rather clever and overly trickster like.
Dislikes many things. Like me trying to take it's picture or hide my food in locked up chests.
Siofra loves eating all my sweets and tears up my campsite. >.>
However it has yet to turn into a mighty dire wolf or bear to eat me like the bard's tales speak of.
It has turned into many annoying creatures in attempt to frustrate me into giving up.
Siofra even "attacked me" while I was bathing in a stream.
Looked over my shoulder and Siofra was in a rather lovely form.
Quickly turned into something involving my cloths being worn
and I too embarrassed to step out of the stream to stop Siofra from tossing my bag at me.
Let's say I found my cloths in a muddy ditch.

Siofra

Age: over 100 to 300+years old by tales of scholars.

Life span unknown.

Immortal: Unknown, it may die or could possibly be killed. Other kin to Siofra the more common changelings can die

Size: Changes vary but possible original form is 4'5"

Sex: True sex unknown, however witnessed a female form. The female form was roughly 5'9'' standing digitigrade more ferret like features.

Skin/Fur/Markings etc: Vary to form. Yet possible true form shows dark blueish skin. Light grayish blue fur. Blue cat like eyes that glow while transforming. Markings of greenish blue top it's crown.
Large ears that hang down with glowing orbs on each ear. Long tail with slight shimmering tips at the end. Long whiskers that shimmer and spark when transforming.
Odd crystal like growths on it's forehead as well as a plate like scale above it's nose.

Hands, feet, hooves etc: Vary to form. Yet possible true form is Rat like hands and otter like feet that are webbed with 2 to 3 inch claws. The back claws retract like a cat.

Traits: Rat, Cat, Fox, Otter, Ferret. These traits best fit this creature possible true form. However it does not share its genetics with any of them. It is it's own species.
