Some additional information about my process:

Approval Steps: All commissions have two approval steps, one after the initial sketch and one once the commission is almost finished. You are able to ask for any changes you want at the sketch phase (pose, expression, additions, anything you can think of!), and small changes (such as color tweaks) at the final approval stage.

Payment: I require at least 50% of the payment up front. The commissioner is welcome to pay the full amount if desired. Otherwise, once the commissioner goes through and approves the sketch phase, I will require the last 50% before I complete the image.
