I present to you now a piece done by my good friend Syrion34 (https://www.deviantart.com/syrion34). This was a Birthday piece he made for me and Vulpine-Knight (https://www.weasyl.com/~vulpineknight) last year. It was a most welcome surprise and I applaud his skills with it.

It depicts both of our characters, my wolf samurai Okami-Dono and his fox knight Sir Vulpes, with the idea behind this scene shown piece is a possible/potential future for both characters as being veterans in their fields; perhaps with them being at least in the mid to late 30s. Both bearing with scars from all the battles they have faced in their respective lands and outside of them in their paths up to that point. Or maybe they both might have settled down at that point, but even then the two still keep up their ways learned with their respective clans. In a sense, once a samurai and knight, always a samurai and/or knight. Both continuing to protect their home villages and people who are dear to them. Plus, that the two very well might take up teaching other people and students from their clans in their ways of Ronin Samurai and Templar Knight. Right now, it is up to interpretation.

As a side thing to point out, the composition to this bears a rather Gothic feel to it that I find quite appealing; like out of a Tim Burton-esque animation (The Nightmare Before Christmas, James and the Giant Peach, Corpse Bride, and Frankenwenie) or a Gothic comic. Another thing, one can see this piece either of the two warriors standing together or in a split-screen-like manner ref with the two occupying one side each; like they do their respective sides of the world, Japan and Ireland. Either way is alright here. ^^
