Due to her armor, her androgynous figure, and gender-neutral name she is often mistaken as a male. She takes full advantage of this to blend in with others. She is the rival to Okami-Dono and they have fought on several occasions with weapons or even hand-to-hand. She is known for her Oni muzzle mask and and sword Kintsume ("gold-claw").
