Realizing she couldn't avoid the shot in time, Vesara quickly slapped the muzzle down towards the ground as Fitness Geek fired. The gas pellet impacted the ground and immediately enveloped the duo in a cloud of nauseating orange smoke. Both quickly moved away from the offending odors, but the damage had been done. Vesara and Fitness Geek both gasped and coughed while crying in an attempt to clear their eyes, at the same time fumbling towards an eyewash station. Reaching out, Vesara thought for a brief, hopeful second she'd found what she'd been looking for, but when it slapped her hand away she realized she'd just grabbed onto the lizard she was attempting to avoid. Annoyed, she slapped back at her while keeping her blades sheathed so she wouldn't severally injure either of them. This quickly devolved into the two of them trading slaps, both unable to clearly see their opponent.

"What the hell were you thinking you scaly bitch?! Even if you had hit me you still would have been gassed too!"
