The All Seeing Eye of Ra is an egyptian symbol for knowledge and power. Ra, being the god of the Sun was the highest among the gods and all of them answered to him.
This symbol is also known as the "Eye of Horus" since this symbol is used for both of the gods. Horus was the sun god until a new dynasty took over, replacing him with Ra
