Another character I thought up some while ago, and still quite like- not your average anthro, but a human-turned-cetacean as part of a naval experiment. With unintended- and large- consequences.

Some species are harder to anthropomorphise than others, and I personally think that whales are one of them. Plus I still quite like the multi-light effect I included.
