I always wanted to do something like this, and when I was tinkering around to get some ideas, this stuck as something to go for; faceted hard volcanic rock and lava to make a fantastical beast in a volcanic surrounding.

I normally don't go for very saturated colours so this was a bit outside of my comfort zone.
