竜化温泉を堪能した後、うたた寝をしてしまい、身体が重くてうまく立ち上がれない……図。
いわゆる「事後」だけど、事後の一品ものは「TF」タグをつけるべきかつけないべきか悩みます。

After enjoying hot spring of Drageyser, a person fell in asleep, then he/she noticed his/her body is too heavy to move... that's situation.
Yeah it's called "post-TF" generally, but I'm worrying whether I should put or remove "TF" tag.
