Ah, well, I swore to myself I’d actually write out a meaningful description for all of these this time around. Though that might be a bit difficult, since I barely remember what it was like doing these. Hmm, plant #5 is easily the most simple and easy out of all of these here. I remember I’d occasionally try to find simpler plants to draw when I was feeling tired or had little time to do these. Plant #6 isn’t that massive of a leap in complexity though it adds a stronger element of vertical length. Plant #7 has multiple branches that greatly increase the complexity and plant #8 has one gigantic leaf as it’s highlight. Hmm, is it really normal for the leaves of a single plant to vary so greatly in size? I’d never thought of that before. And that little drawing next to plant #6, ah, I remember that was from when I’d asked a friend about how a leaf connects to the branch of a plant and we had an entire discussion about plant anatomy. Good times, good times.
