Some cats have limp tails and other cats always keep their tails stiff. I wonder why.

  :-) I think they are saying something, in this case I think it's defiance to my other cat who's just out of frame. " I'm here, you're there and my tail is relaxed because you've got nothiin I'm worried about!"
