Story-wise, it will have been a few years after Blue and Thorn saved the Pack and then left to return to their lives as loners (I'm thinking maybe 2 years or so). True to his word, Blue did return to the Pack after he had a good few adventures of his own. Blue loves Chill and is loyal to her, but he is a bit of a drifter and will probably stay in the Pack to raise his pups for a while, but it's very unlikely that he'll stay with the Pack indefinitely (he's kind of a dipwad that way).
