You have a distinctive style, this is good. The colors and head on this are good, as is your composition. You need a lot of work on your human anatomy, if you look at a lot of photos of human figures and draw a lot you will improve. Also, your wings need work, again just studying wings and practice should help. No one is perfect and it takes a lot of looking and drawing from reference to learn how things really look.
