As part of the ArtOrder challenge to create 3X3 paintings, I painted these six little watercolors on stretched canvas. I primed each canvas with four layers of watercolor ground and then sanded them for a smooth surface (you can see my failed attempt to sand them smooth with the first owl painting). These will be available for sale and viewing at Spectrum Fantastic Art Live in Kansas City in May!
