The Black Bastard, he who was ill conceived...

My main character Nicodemus, a black phase dirgehowler with "polecat" markings/patterns. His face is scarred from a past battle.

He's one of my Grey characters, leaning more towards good, but naturally he is "Chaotically Neutral" A lot of his actions are to benefit himself because he is very conceited yet he is not bad, because he does know where to draw the line when it comes to innocent people and he does have a set of proper morals. He's a liar, a coward, too prideful in himself and a natural loner. He avoids situations and self preservation is a bad habit. He'll follow your commands until he sees a window of opportunity to find personal gain. He's closed minded and can shove his opinions down your throat if you don't agree. At the same time, his friendships last lifelong with the right people and he follows strict morals and corrects others he sees not following what he sees as right. He despises authority and sees material possession and greed as the key factor to this cruel world. While cowardly and tends to avoid conflict, he has a terrible wrath to defend what he loves. A typical "Cornered Beast" mentality when it comes to fighting, he'll fight only if he has too if he cannot slink around the shadows to escape bad situations.

This is an original species called a dirgehowler, which is in the mustelid family (related to weasels) that is the size of a moose. Nicodemus has a human form, but that is not uploaded yet.
