An old OC of mine. I drew her many times before, but couldn't find the species that suited her. This will be her final design, and my first time executing her! :D My characters were always so slender. I always wanted to make a "thicker" character, but I don't think I did a good job showing that. X(

Here's a little description about my OC:

Age: 26
Height: 3'6"
Occupation: Aerobics instructor
Brief Summary: Fey is an enthusiastic Parakeet who enjoys her life. She speaks with a Spanish accent and is also fluent in the language as well (she speaks English too). Even though she is short, people never talked about it because her peppy spirit makes them look pass that.
