Vulgis by Warrmongerr

Vulgis

Warrmongerr

Long story short Warrmonger is more closely resembling nature to a plague or an infection rather than a simple anthropomorphic creature. Upon the death of his physical body he will seek to possess either a recently deceased or close to death creature. Only those very recently deceased or close to death qualify for possession. Upon the initial infection the body will undergo drastic transformations until it vaguely resembles an anthropomorphic lizard like being. At first warrmonger is very weak and clumsy in his new body, both requiring great amounts of sustenance and rest. However after a few months he will become more accustomed to his physical habitation and grow exponentially in strength.

When the devouring plague is near, people have reported experiencing an intense ringing sensation in the ears, radio and other wavelength frequencies turn to a discordant static and sometimes electronics can fail.

In a similar sense to the typical folklore zombie, warrmonger can only be killed by fatal damage to the strange black organ that is always located where his heart should be. Upon damage of this organ warrmonger will seek to detonate his physical form like a bomb. It is not known how he does this but it is believed that a combination of control of his blood pressure and the pressure placed on his muscles to the point that bones break and splinter in sharp shards, being sent from their limbs at high velocity.

If captured warrmongerr will seek to commit suicide, it was reported once that upon his capture he self expired by bashing his arms against the floor repeatedly until one broke, leaving a sharp segment of bone protruding from it. He impaled himself upon this sharp bone several times until he was able to expire.

To those who find Vulgis attractive or other such silly nonsense, consider that not only does the devouring plague have an absolutely abhorrent odor liken to decay, but his skin is a tapestry of disease and bacteria. Contact with any of his blood is almost a certain death, if by some miracle he wasn't in a mood to kill.
