Long time no see. If I'd try to be more active here now...

This was a birthday gift for a friend on dA (www.skudde.deviantart.com). The character is her phoenix called Edynesaye. I just love the colours of this creature! And the design is otherwise great too. Maybe just a bit too complicated for me during these times when I can't draw properly because of some problems with my right wrist. When I finally would have the motivation for drawing doing that is physically painful, but I just can't stop... It's been way too long since I had this kind of will to draw and work on something (though I try to stay away from digital working - the pain gets worse if I try to draw with my tablet).

The sketch was made on paper, and the rest is done on PhotoShop. Paper textures are made by Nevermoregraphix on deviantART (http://nevermoregraphix.deviantart.com)
