I wasn't the happiest yesterday because I was going to court I won btw so I made this. I have been wanting to change his color scheme for a while and I'll say this, I really love the new Vocol.

I am no longer mad, I am very happy today.

About the art:
When I initially drew this I had no idea what kind of background I wanted to have... then I thought green and for some reason, it lead to water. I also did an experiment, there are no lines in the finished version.
