"Random character I banged out in about an hour and a half of doodling just now (started at around 1:30AM, finished a few minutes ago). The character's name is Liraz, not the species. It's a type of benevolent/neutral demon. The finer "fur" lines that look like they're showing through the mane are mostly just there to show where the actual body is under all that fur. The general body structure is loosely based off of a maned wolf. I think the females of the species don't have that big floofy mane on that chest but they keep the stiff ridge along the spine, and their horns are either small or nonexistent. Note: the "spikes" are actually scales, a la bearded dragons. They aren't attached to the skeletal structure. The horns, however, are attached to the skull along with the ridge that runs along either side of the upper part of the muzzle.

I'll line this properly at some point after I finish the other stuff I need to work on. I'm open to name suggestions. Also, if you're interested in making one of these things, all I ask is that you note me or comment with a link to whatever you've drawn. I wanna see the character you make.

If I ever come back to this I'll likely give it a more reptilian nose for the sake of visual flow. Otherwise referred to as "I like it better that way".
