This is Kubba. He's an effeminate rich kid who loves clubs and cabarets, glitz and glam. He dates Sans for awhile, at least a few months maybe a year or so. Very gentle, very sweet, but with a sense of entitlement. To contrast, Kubba often feels like he's "not good enough".
