I decided Avery needed a hobby. I thought, why not surfing? (Which I admittedly don't know the first thing about.)

I gave him a longboard. Because It amused me to give such short little guy such a long board. Also I read they're supposed to be more balanced and better suited for a 'relaxing' ride? (As opposed to a short board which moves much faster.)
