GAH floating heads! Any more, if I'm gonna draw faces, I give them shoulders to sit on at least. :P Aaaanyway....

The orange spiky thing is Power Surge (Now in GLOW-IN-THE-DARK! :P ~electrocuted~ ) He looks like his thinking, Oh no...not again...@ going Power (His super form) It's hard for him to control his powers when he's like that...and he's liable to hurt both enemies and friends (unintentially, of coarse)...His eyes have also changed to the same blue-white as his lightning in his power form...as there's so much loose electricity running through his body, that it affects his eye color....I guess...
