Polished up the animation on this attack. I may also make a special animation for when the player holds the attack after the first step and add a charge function that adds extra hits/force to the attack. Also the alternate for reverse stepping to feint the attack for more i-frames. 

Finally settling on this name for Geji's version of this attack, Which Jeibu later adapted into "Neutron Kick."  "Phantom Energy" comes from a type of dark energy theory.
