What time is she revealed in? She is from normally Modern day, and the Fallout NV Universe. She is my Apocalyptic Character. Even in a modern day setting she still wears a Face mask and her Goggles unless she feels like taking them off.
She is an Australian German. Her Mother was from Australia, and her father from Germany. Her father, Danial is a Doctor/Veterinarian. From the Army (Modern) and for the NCR (F.O.N.V.) Hes also the second richest house on the strip. Right under Mr.House himself. They are a Hidden house that is not known by the public. But Mr.house, and the other Estates/Casinos. Next is Shelas Mother Jojo or Just Joe. She is usually home taking care of Shela or other people/guests around the home. She is a mercenary at heart and when hired she leaves for how ever long the job may take. Leaving Shela with Her Uncle who isn't quite fond of her. But does take care of her and care for her when her parents are away. Joe loves both Shela and Danial very much. But goes missing after Danials mysterious Death.
