The Pygmy Lari is a small monkey located in forests near the outskirts of villages. They feasts and small pests and insects that may damage a farmer's crops.
It is said that they bring good luck & a successful harvest to anyone who manages to earn their trust. A warning though, they're equipped with sharp barbs on the tip of their tail which, if stung, may cause mild envenomation such as general feelings of illness, such as nausea, vomiting, and weakness.
They mostly active at night but can be seen mostly during the early and late hours of the day.
