I've been trying all week to draw my new OC, Luke and I end up with a picture of my TLK fan character... I'm still not quite sure how that happened. Some of you may remember Mkali from that pic I posted a few months back. As you can see, he's had a bit of a design change. His original design was based off of 'Fluffy' (the cub at the end of TLK 1) but the problem with that is that the design is basically just a clone of Simba and leaves no room for creativity. So I decided that in my version of the story 'Fluffy' dies shortly after birth, leaving his parents with no choice but to try for another heir. Circle of life and all that. So began to troubled life of Mkali, second son of Simba and Nala, said to be cursed only because he was unlucky enough to inherit his uncle's green eyes. I have parts of his story already planned out in my head, but I'll go into that some other time.
