Done for Andy Suriano's character design class. We were supposed to base each of the body types out of a milk carton, a pear, and a banana.
Can you guess which ones go where? I might refine some of these in Photoshop later. I did re-draw them by pencil in paper though, so who knows!

Hah, I suppose so, yeah! The way I went about it was to push, pull, and contort the basic shapes and form the figures towards those contortions. Then I established an overall movement going on through -lines- of action and adjusted the shapes to follow that.
I could have exaggerated the shapes and forms more, and refined them a great deal, but I thank you none of the less! I really appreciate you commenting.

Cool idea for an exercise. Really gives the characters a sense of...well, character!
