Another very old piece of my character Ares. At one point he was a part of a WWII airborne unit. It's an idea that has been set aside, but I still enjoy the art.

There are a lot of anatomy and gun issues with the piece. I think I had originally intended on having his right arm resting on the but of the gun, but changed my mind and didn't fix the gun. So the gun sits at an unusual angle. But it takes mistakes to learn what looks right, right?
