So i'm just going to outright declare that this is in fact not a dragon, nope. This is a bunch of magic stones, they float/fly around in storm clouds and make lightning happen, usually in shapeless cloudy form. Unless something flies too close to them, then they have a tendency to mimic that species and gather the clouds into it's shape. Their mimicry is rather far from perfect but they get recognizable is all that matters.

Now this is all pretty late information to the one dragon that caused this i think, but whatever will happen to it now?
