its a hella rad headcanon mmhm. tbh i need to like...stop being lazy and half-assing dragon wings bc i tend to focus more on the body and i havent actually done a completed pic of my flightrising dragons outside of sketches...oh well, i know the underlying anatomy well enough haha

[leans into this thread] my fave way of rendering dragon wings is to nail the silhouette, then sneakily add in knuckles and not much else (unless the subject calls for a more skeletal, detailed look) ... tricks the eye into thinking I've spent way more time on it than I have >_> YMMV but it's a trick I havent seen brought up often.
