"Yeah fun story so this came from one of the Vaults out there south of the Boneyard. yeah like.. Vault four....teen. or something. Full of feral nightstalkers. spotted it in the back of their den and I figured, yknow, they don't have thumbs. Not like they have much use for it. So I nabbed it. Turns out it was nested on some eggs so haha they all got REAL MAD, REAL QUICK. Had to... yeah you ain't buying it.  
Got it off a dead raider. But it's in shit condition. so. Yeah 50 caps."
