As Riley hangs from the ceiling, covered in thick webs with no hope of breaking free, the spider approaches. Her voice is stern, but tired. She's obviously had encounters like this many times before.
But this time, it's different. Something about this creature she's captured catches her eye, and immediately her tone shifts.

As if she's been waiting for this exact moment...

... on a side note, maybe i should do comic panels if i want to tell this story a bit more efficiently ^^
if i knew anything about animation, i'd probably do that too.
