This is one of my personal favorite chapters I've written.
Apple Jack has had enough of Apple Berry's moping around the farm since Beta left and give her several helping of truth served fresh from her horse shoe!

I normally hate writing for canon characters for several reasons, not least of which is the limitation on what they can say or do. But Apple Jack was fun, seriously fun to write taking several strips off her cousin's hide. I'd like to think I did AJ justice... honesty can hurt, badly.
This is one of the few chapters where Beta is not IN it at all, it's about Berry's feelings for him, and how everyone bucks up in a relationship now and then.

More than most chapters I'd REALLY love feedback on how I did in writing AJ. Southern accents are a pain in the F'ing ass to write because if you don't include the inflection you miss half of it.
