Si'arla, the Twisted Vyr-Kuuda

UragiUnderground

Sometimes, though rarely, magic will rip through the dimension and spill into the world of the Uragi, causing the environment and the creatures within it to change. While not entirely considered a mutation (even though it is), it is something that happens so rarely it’s thought not to exist at all. These Uragi born with the vorpal influence are often more arcanically inclined than their “normal” counterparts, but live a third of the time less than most Uragi. They are the same size as their non-vorpal counterparts. Any subrace marked with "Vyr-" is the prefix for "Vorpal," which simply means magic spilled into them before their birth. This prefix changes the subrace name, as well, to separate them from their non-vorpal counterparts. Vorpal Uragi can have children that are vorpal with other Uragi affected by the change, becoming their own subrace.

Note: Uragi are only changed in this way from the womb. They are not changed once born. This magic energy cannot be harnessed by the Uragi unless born with it. It is stronger magic, and takes a harsher toll on lifespan. This magic does not affect the Galaak or the Kitaam.

This is Si'arla (Magic Cave), a Vyr-Kuuda, or perversion of the Udakii.
