Here's another commission for Masterge77. I imagine this "guy" could be like some sort of super-90s-lifeguard you'd see on a show like "Rescue Heroes" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTuYqYM0w58&ab_channel=TheWizard431), with the blue lines on his body acting like "beacon-lights" for night-rescues. :3
