This is an Emolga OC I came up with years ago, who started off as a relatively "harmless" Yandere character who would occasionally try to "interfere" with Ace's and Ginger's "relationship"...but then one day she finally went COMPLETELY over the edge and became a supervillain. XD

And as I'm sure most of you can guess, her new "persona" is heavily based off of Harley Quinn from the Batman franchise. XD And she also may or may not like to hang around with a couple OTHER screw-loose supervillains. XD

Being that her "theme" is emojis, she'll often draw/paint smiley-faces on objects or knocked-out/tied-up/murdered Pokémon's faces as a calling card, much to the annoyance of any other criminal who happens to be "working" with her.
