Just a new OC I thought up for myself, since I've been wanting to draw a Togetic for a while now. XD I haven't really come up with much more about her personality and role yet other than she has a slight "Quebequis" accent ('cause, ya'know, I'm Canadian. XD) and that she's probably going to be another nurse under Dr. Merrill's employment.
