Untrusted by most of the human population, most of the larger AP's are locked away, and treated like wild animals, even the most sophisticated ones. Norman was not prepared when he was taken away. Dragged out by swat teams during his work shift, Norman attempted to fight, but was outmatched. He decided at this point, if he was going to be treated as a wild animal, he'd act like a wild animal.

Now classified as the most dangerous AP that has been locked away, Norman, known as "Black Lightning" Has killed over 100 guards to date. Calling upon his trained talent to use EEC (Electric Elemental Control) he gives meaning to the phrase "Lightning never strikes twice in the same place" He doesn't need two shots to kill you.

It's an AU of Bearcline Quota. in this AU, Norma was killed at the hands of her own tribe, and Norman left due to the destroyed trust in his family. This is a dark, dark world.
