For the last few years, I've always done a picture themed around the Chinese New Year. I wanted to get this out earlier, but I've been soooo busy lately.

This girl is a quetzalcoatl based naga with the colors of a cape coral snake. I have an idea for another quetzalcoatl girl like this, which I may or may not end up drawing later.

Tools Used: Mechanical Pencil, Paper, Scanner, Photoshop versions 6 & CS4, Paint Tool Sai

Time Taken: unrecorded (I spent a good bit of time on her design)
